This website describes the services offered and lets you send a request. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, a quote or a guarantee. Sending a request does not create an agreement.
Work is agreed directly
If you go ahead with a job, the appointment, the work and the price are agreed with you directly before the work begins.
Third-party tools and platforms
The website and our messaging rely on third-party platforms and carriers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or performance. SMS messaging requires carrier registration and approval.
Intellectual property
The content, text, design, photographs and layout of this website are owned by J&M Junk and Moving and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Total liability for any claim related to the use of this website is limited to CAD $100. Liability for the work itself is governed by the agreement made when the job is booked.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website to break the law, infringe rights, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Ontario.
